These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 10bdt website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete information at registration and to update it promptly if it changes. 10bdt may request supporting documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any stage. Failure to supply documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately at [email protected]. 10bdt will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
2.2 Account Suspension and Closure
10bdt may suspend or permanently close any account found to breach these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, suspected of money laundering, or associated with prohibited conduct. Where a suspension is applied, 10bdt will communicate the reason wherever legally permissible. Legitimate balances in suspended accounts will be handled in line with applicable policies after investigation.
2.3 KYC Verification
All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the past 90 days. 10bdt may also request a selfie with your ID or a copy of the payment method used. KYC checks are a standard practice applied equally to all players regardless of account balance.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
10bdt accepts BDT deposits and processes BDT withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transactions are processed using the method originally used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Third-party deposits are not accepted; the payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.

Your payment provider may apply their own fees; 10bdt is not responsible for third-party charges.
3.3 Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on the selected payment method and the player's account status. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier at the time of each transaction. 10bdt may revise limits at its discretion, with reasonable advance notice for material changes.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions — are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions attached to each offer. 10bdt determines player eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players under self-exclusion or whose accounts are under review.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
10bdt uses automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting a technical error. Where abuse is detected, 10bdt may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant account.
5. Player Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited on 10bdt: using bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in match-fixing or player collusion; attempting to access restricted platform areas without authorisation; supplying false identification documents; using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose; and harassing or threatening 10bdt staff or other players.
5.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the 10bdt platform — including software, graphics, game artwork, logos, text, and the user interface design — is the proprietary property of 10bdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission from 10bdt.
5.3 Self-Exclusion Compliance
If you have requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period using any different email address, mobile number, or other means. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of any new account created.
6. Responsible Gaming

Account holders who share devices with minors should use device-level parental controls and never leave their 10bdt account logged in on a shared device.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Platform Availability
10bdt endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, technical updates, or reasons beyond our control. 10bdt will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service as quickly as possible.
7.2 Accuracy of Information
While 10bdt makes every effort to ensure accuracy of odds, game results, and account balances displayed on the platform, errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues. Where a material error has resulted in an incorrect payout or bonus credit, 10bdt reserves the right to correct it and adjust affected account balances, with notification provided to the player. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to These Terms
10bdt may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or platform policies. When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
